1. Electronic Assembly
- Assemble electronic circuits and prototypes.
- Solder PCB components (through-hole and SMD, if trained).
- Wire electrical control panels and connectors.
2. Testing & Troubleshooting
- Test electronic circuits and devices.
- Use measuring instruments such as:
- Digital multimeter
- Oscilloscope
- Clamp meter
- Power supply
- Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs or electronic components.
3. PCB & Circuit Support
- Assist in PCB assembly and inspection.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Help modify or improve circuit designs.
4. Programming & Automation
- Assist with programming:
- PLCs (basic)
- Arduino
- ESP32
- Microcontrollers
- Support HMI configuration and sensor integration.
5. Machine Installation & Maintenance
- Assist in installing electronic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Replace sensors, relays, switches, and control components.
6. Documentation
- Prepare test reports.
- Record inspection and maintenance results.
- Update wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
7. Inventory & Workshop Support
- Organize electronic components and tools.
- Check stock levels of spare parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
