Location: Kota Puteri

Mutiara Qtech Corp Sdn Bhd is a facilities management company appointed by Perbadanan Kemajuan Perumahan Negeri Johor (PKPJ) to manage and maintain Public Housing (PPR) communities across Johor. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our Finance team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
  • Prepare supporting documents for audits and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with working experience in accounting are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

First Saturday of every month:
8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Half Day)

Friday Break:
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
