Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Handle data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in the system.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general enquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules when required.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of company documents.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
