Position: Financial Advisor / Insurance Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and advise clients on their financial protection and wealth planning needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance, medical, critical illness, education, retirement, and investment-linked plans.
• Conduct financial needs analysis for individuals and families.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, servicing, and claims.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and prospecting.
• Attend company training, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Minimum SPM qualification (higher qualifications are an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must obtain the required licensing and certification before advising clients.
