Job Responsibilities

• Assist in posting vacancies for Segamat and Mentakab (MYFutureJobs, social media, etc.).
• Conduct Orientation for new hires and handle proper exit procedures for departing employees, including documentation updates.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances for Segamat (3 factories) and Mentakab.
• Handle disciplinary matters and other employee-related issues in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor On-Job Training Records (Segamat and Mentakab) for new and transferred employees; arrange external or internal training and maintain relevant HR documentation.
• Handle foreign worker documentation, monitor passports and permits expiry dates, and arrange FOMEMA check-ups.
• Report workplace injuries, prepare and submit SOCSO claims.
• Maintain accurate HR files and records.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work across Segamat and Mentakab locations.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
