The Role

We are seeking a Junior Testing professional to support a major migration initiative within the finance sector. In this role, you will help ensure that migration outcomes are fully validated, business-ready, and defect-free ahead of go-live, contributing to testing strategy, execution oversight, and defect governance across SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal phases.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end testing and validation strategy across SIT, UAT, and DR phases
• Assist in overseeing SIT and UAT execution, ensuring integration points and business scenarios are properly tested
• Contribute to Dress Rehearsal validation, covering migration flow, data reconciliation, and operational readiness
• Help maintain a consolidated defect log and support defect triage and resolution tracking
• Assist in data validation and reconciliation assurance across customer positions, product states, and financial balances
• Support readiness assessments and provide input for go/no-go decision-making
• Coordinate with business, data, integration, and operations stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Junior-level experience in migration testing, ideally within banking or financial systems
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT governance and dress rehearsal execution processes
• Exposure to data validation, reconciliation assurance, and end-to-end scenario testing
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work onsite in KL and commit to a contract engagement starting mid-2026
