Job Description:

Cornery FNB Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations across our logistics, procurement, production planning, and warehouse management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management – Manage drivers, delivery routes, and transportation schedules.
• Supplier Coordination – Manage communications, negotiations, and sourcing of new suppliers.
• Warehouse Oversight – Handle warehouse operations, stock levels, and resolve inventory issues.
• Store & Stock Communication – Coordinate with storekeepers to maintain stock accuracy and flow.
• Production Planning – Plan production schedules, staff, and ingredient availability.
• Reporting – Prepare reports such as expiry, variance summaries, and other operational documents.
• Order Processing – Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Inventory Control – Ensure accurate stock levels across the warehouse and outlets.
• Documentation & Reporting - Prepare and manage documentation such as Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Generate and analyze regular reports, including expiry reports and variance summary reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in data management and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
