We are looking for a IT Support Intern, who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

As a IT Support Intern, you will have a chance to:

• Assist the overall Technical Support process and procedures
• Support and attend to all customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner as well as providing advice and support in timely manner
• Support effective and timely resolution for all voice and non-voice interactions (phone, email, self-service tickets, chats, and voicemail) with customers
• Assist to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve incidents, issues, and service requests
• Assist to document every incident and support request in the ticketing system and ensure the tickets are closed or escalated accordingly

We are looking for an individual with:

• Currently undergoing Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma/ preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
• At least 12 weeks of internship period
• Willing to travel
