Workforce Management Executive (Junior Level)

Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur (Work From Office)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30AM – 6:30PM
Contract Duration: 1 Year (3-month probation + 9-month extension upon successful performance)
Joining Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organized Workforce Management Executive to support recruitment and workforce operations for courier and sorter teams. This role involves candidate follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and daily communication with field staff to ensure smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential candidates from various recruitment channels, including social media, website applications, referral programmes, and recruitment campaigns
• Contact registered applicants who have not reported for work
• Manage WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and existing couriers and sorters, and respond to inquiries related to pay, work locations, shift schedules, and onboarding
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
• Support the operations team with ID creation for new employees, especially during peak periods and weekends
• Perform other workforce administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees via phone calls and WhatsApp
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
