M&E Coordinator

We are seeking an M&E Coordinator to manage and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works on our JKR government construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all M&E works on-site (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ACMV, low-current systems)
• Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with JKR standards and specifications
• Liaise with JKR officers, consultants, and M&E sub-contractors on submissions, inspections, and approvals
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Resolve coordination issues between structural and M&E trades
• Prepare M&E progress reports and documentation for JKR submission
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in construction
• Candidates with JKR project experience will be strongly preferred
• Familiar with JKR submission procedures and local authority requirements (TNB, BOMBA, IWK, JBA)
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Putrajaya (Putrajaya)
