Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor (Cable Harness Assembly), Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di DF INTEGRATED (M) SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Minimum 5 years experience as supervisor.
• Experience in Cable Harnessing and Cable Assembly
• Able to Lead and supervise a feet of production team to achieve Production Targeted Output, Cycle time Target, yield, quality and productivity.
• Manage and liaise up with planning team on the production schedule to ensure smooth production run and meeting the delivery commit.
• Ensure all the production machines and equipment; plant facilities are well maintained and serviced.
• Communicates well with operators including other supervisors to coordinate and ensure smooth operation actions taken.
• Continuously motivates operators, manages conflict as it arises and provide counseling when required.
• Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production to meet Company goals.
• Work with supporting teams such as Planning, Engineering, QA etc. to meet daily production plan and improve production processes and work procedures.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance.
• Shop floor 5S and and workers' disciplinary issues.
• Ensure production data, system and documentation update accurately and in a timely manner.
• Apply good people management to keep the production team in a harmony and motivated environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma, Degree in Engineering or Science from recognized university or equivalent.
• Experience in Cable Harnessing and Cable Assembly operation.
• Minimum 5 years of production supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good production and planning knowledge.
• Able to understand the operation logic of the production machines and equipment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
