• Office & Admin Duty: Keep things running smoothly—handle filing, keep the office tidy, manage monthly bills, and be the go-to Admin face of the company. You'll also handle daily calls/emails from suppliers.
• Paperwork & Money Matters: Prepare quotations, invoices, POs, and DOs whenever the manager requests. You'll also need to be on top of chasing monthly outstanding payments from clients.
• Supplier Liaison: Contact suppliers, compare material prices to get the best deals, and handle purchasing.
• Project Monitoring: Help keep an eye on ongoing projects from the moment materials are bought until the job is fully done. This includes tracking payment progress across sub-cons, suppliers, and clients.
• Manager Support & Tenders: Prepare meeting records for the manager, manage the e-Perolehan website, and hunt for new tenders and projects.
• Bonus Skills (AutoCAD & SocMed): Draw simple layouts on AutoCAD when requested for project quotes. Sometimes, you'll also edit videos for social media (TikTok/FB) and manage online selling platforms like Mudah and FB Marketplace.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
