• Check daily allocation & update stock status / stock purchase
• Check and monitor Proton CN & DN
• Prepare invoice for stock Dealer Transfer and issue Other Bill & Other Bill Receipt if required.
• Prepare and submit documents for floorstock / cash purchase.
• Submit payment advice and required documents (VAA, VCA, payment slip) to Proton for stock purchase.
• Generate Dealer Sales Invoice (VF31) and monitor excise payment in DMS.
• Key in stock purchase in VSS.
• Record and monitor vehicle delivery from Hub.
• Submit email to Hub if there are any defects with the required document.
• Submit PDI (Requisition Form) for vehicle arrived and follow up PDI with service.
• Main Point of contact for vehicle key.
• Prepare EhakMilik to be submitted to Sales Advisor
• Prepare Quotation, cover note and endorsement for new insurance registration. Including renewal of car insurance (if required)
• Prepare for insurance payment and submit to account department
• Do calculation for downpayment (individual) and price quotation (company)
• Key in ZBUPA, ZCOM, ZRG1, ZRG3 (K1) & register in MYSIKAP / Prepare documents for manual registration.
• Key in ZDV2 in DMS and update Registration Listing.
• Prepare documents and file deliver (VOC, Insurance Policy, VDO Form, Delivery Checklist)
• Checking files and required documents in order to close customer files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
