Tanggungjawab
- Prepare cost estimates and construction budgets
- Take-off quantities from construction drawings
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents
- Manage tendering, sourcing, and evaluation
- Monitor construction costs, variations, and progress claims
- Verify site work progress
- Prepare monthly cost reports
- Handle final accounts and project cost close-out
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 1-3 years experience in Quantity Surveying
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Able to read drawings and do measurement accurately
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
- Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on-site and under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and responsible
