Customer Service – Inbound Call Consultant
Joining Date: 3rd August 2026
Location: Bangsar South (Nearest LRT Kerinchi)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Inbound Call Consultant to handle incoming customer calls, provide efficient support, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off)
• Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Call Support: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, orders, billing, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
• Customer Assistance: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns or escalating issues when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Offer knowledgeable and empathetic support. Provide product recommendations, assist with purchases, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Call Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and solutions provided. Contribute insights to improve overall customer service processes.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (Fresh graduates)
• Proven experience in customer service, call center support, or a related field
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly tone
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities

• A probation period applies for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
