We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn HR & Payroll Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, payroll, and HR administration, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

1) Process monthly payroll using SQL Payroll System.

2) Calculate overtime (OT), allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.

3) Prepare and submit statutory contributions:

EPF (KWSP)

SOCSO (PERKESO)

EIS

PCB (Monthly Tax Deduction)

HRD Corp Levy

4) Prepare employment letters and maintain employee records.

5) Assist with Employment Contract Stamp Duty.

6) Assist with statutory submissions such as CP22 and CP22A.

7) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

8) Stay informed of the latest Malaysian HR, payroll, and statutory regulations.

9) Perform other HR and payroll administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

1) At least 1 year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Administration. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

2) Basic knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory contributions.

3) Experience with SQL Payroll is an advantage.

4) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

5) Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

6) Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
