Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Plant Engineer (Engineering and Maintenance) di H.B. Fuller Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities by effectively allocating manpower, materials, and schedules to ensure high equipment uptime and reliable plant operations.

2. Cost Control & Spare Parts Management

Manage spare parts sourcing from approved vendors, monitor maintenance expenses, and prepare periodic cost reports for management review.

3. Maintenance Records & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including equipment downtime, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective action tracking.

4. Team Supervision & Development

Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to improve performance and reduce downtime. Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with HR.

5. Troubleshooting, RCA & Engineering Improvements

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues. Lead engineering modifications and improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and performance.

6. Safety, Compliance & 5S

Ensure compliance with safety standards, IMS requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., DOSH/JKKP, DOE). Maintain good housekeeping practices in line with 5S principles.

7. CAPEX & Continuous Improvement

Support and manage CAPEX and improvement projects, including technical evaluation and implementation, to enhance plant efficiency, safety, and product quality.

8. Coordination & Operational Support

Work closely with production, contractors, and vendors to ensure maintenance activities meet operational goals. Provide support for urgent repairs when required, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
