Job Description

1. Technology Project

To assist in overseeing end‑to‑end project management activities for systems transformation initiatives, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting, with the aim of enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the Agency Division.


2. Ad‑Hoc Projects & Transformation

To support the coordination and execution of ad‑hoc projects and transformation initiatives that drive improvement, operational enhancement, and sustainable growth for distributors under the Agency Division.


3. GO Prime UAT Coordination

To coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for GO Prime, ensuring readiness for system releases and enhancements.

To work closely with internal teams and vendors in coordinating the development, testing, and enhancement of GO Prime features.


4. Partners Portal UAT Coordination

To coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Partners Portal, ensuring proper validation and user sign‑off.

To support the development and enhancement of Partners Portal features through effective coordination with stakeholders, ISSD, and vendors.


5. System Enablement for Sales & Distribution

  • GO Prime configuration for:
  1. Sales agreements
  2. Agent validation
  3. Campaign enablement
  • Ensuring systems are business‑ready to support sales, distributors, and growth initiatives.


6. Change, UAT & Release Management

  1. Management of CRs, CRMC submissions, Redmine tracking.
  2. Coordination of SIT, UAT, ORT across GO Prime, Partners Portal, and GO Edge.
  3. Ensuring test coverage, user sign‑offs, version upgrades, and release readiness.


7. Reporting, Compliance & Stakeholder Communication

  1. Preparation of management reports and status updates.
  2. Ensuring audit‑ready documentation, regulatory alignment, and governance compliance.
  3. Continuous engagement with users, management, and committees.
