Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out field service order assigned.
• Manage technical processes through the utilisation of CRM - inputting and updating device's information, device tracking and service documentation.
• Assist the service partner or directly perform assigned technical service activities enquiries such as installation, repair and maintenance.
• Responsible for service partner training programme and ensuring service partner is well trained for Fourier Intelligence and medical distribution products.
• Work with other departments to support the overall needs of the business development of the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and device reliability.
• Conduct online/onsite product training. Articulate product features and provide product application demonstration, training, education, and ongoing support to end-users on the use of the products and software.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with an interest in technical service are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of work experience in technical service or relevant. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in rehabilitation and robotic products would be considered favourably.
• Must possess own transport.
• Open to travel domestically and internationally.
