Summary

Drive efficient distributor onboarding by supporting order fulfillment, technical readiness, and certification tracking, ensuring consistency, reducing delays, and improving partner experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support equipment order submission and coordination. Guide distributors on software and hardware product catalog.
• Track distributor technical enablement process which may include certification to ensure compliance. Ensure distributor understands technical enablement roadmap and timeline and provide structured weekly status reporting to stakeholders
• Provide remote support for demo environment setup and readiness. Perform remote diagnostics and basic network troubleshooting leveraging standardized technical documentation. Coordinate timely escalation and resolution across teams.
• Explain or refresh any knowledge gap using existing training materials. Coordinate with technical counterparts to ensure alignment. Utilize existing documentation to clarify solution functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field or working experiences.
• Fluency in Korean is mandatory (TOPIK 4/5/6 Certified).
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background and language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong networking fundamentals (campus, DC, security, WLAN, WAN, cloud-managed solutions, routing & switching, IP addressing, subnetting, device configuration, static/dynamic routing)
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Experience working in cross-functional/global environments
• Ability to build strong technical relationships with distribution engineers and architects
• Technical academic background in Systems Engineering, High school diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Network Infrastructure or related studies

Good to have:

• Industry-recognized networking certifications (JNCIA-Junos, HPE Aruba ACA, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CCNP, or above).
• Foundational understanding of network security (TLS, certificates, encryption).
• Familiarity with Juniper and HPE networking platforms and solutions.
