Job Description
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software-related issues across global platforms and applications.
- Work closely with Product Engineering, Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and maintain system stability.
- Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting resources, and operational procedures.

A Successful Software Support Engineer Should Have
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly within distributed systems, APIs, and microservices environments.
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices is beneficial.
- Azure and SQL experience is a much
