We're Hiring: Business Manager (Malaysia)

Base Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

SynapsCo is seeking a commercially driven Business Manager to support our growth across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region within the Energy sector (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Power Generation).

Key Requirements:

️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development in Oil and Gas industry

️ Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business opportunities

️ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

️ Experience managing recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes

️ Familiarity with the Malaysia business landscape

️ Fluent in English and at least one regional language

️ Able to work independently in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment

️ Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline

Role Highlights:

Drive business growth and client acquisition across Malaysia and APAC

Develop opportunities within Energy, Infrastructure, Water, and Data Centre sectors

Lead recruitment and manpower solutions for clients

Work closely with senior management on business strategy and growth initiatives

Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel to client offices across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor

Travel to SynapsCo's Melaka office 2/3 times per month
