Role Description The Base Supervisor Operations is a full-time, on-site role located in Cukai, responsible for overseeing daily base operations and ensuring smooth execution of logistics activities. The role includes supervising operational staff, coordinating transportation and freight handling, monitoring workflow and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. The Base Supervisor Operations will track operational performance, resolve issues, and optimize processes to meet service and quality targets. This position also involves communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing operational reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the base.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading operational teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
• Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with staff, management, and customers.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding, preferably in Oil & Gas or Aerospace operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Cukai, including flexibility to handle operational demands and occasional extended hours.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standards within an operational environment.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational reporting tools.
