Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive Project HSSE di MISC Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

This role resides under MISC Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).

Key Accountabilities

1. Project HSSE Management System Administration

• Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the Technical Services Project HSSE Management System in accordance with approved Project HSSE procedures, Company requirements, and applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Maintain Project HSSE governance documentation to ensure procedures, guidelines, templates, and governance requirements remain current, practical, and effectively implemented across Technical Services projects.
• Support implementation of Project HSSE initiatives established by the Manager.
• Promote awareness and facilitate consistent application of approved Project HSSE governance requirements throughout Technical Services.

2. Project HSSE Governance & Documentation

• Review Project HSSE Plans, Project HSSE procedures, risk management documentation, and other Project HSSE deliverables prepared by Project Teams to ensure alignment with Company requirements and Corporate HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate periodic reviews and updates of Project HSSE governance documentation with Project Teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Review proposed Project HSSE procedure revisions and consolidate stakeholder feedback prior to Manager approval.
• Maintain revision history and ensure controlled distribution of approved Project HSSE governance documentation.
• Support development of new Project HSSE procedures, templates, checklists, workflows, and governance documents to strengthen Project HSSE governance across Technical Services.

3. Project HSSE Audit, Compliance & Assurance

• Perform Project HSSE audits and compliance reviews in accordance with approved audit program and established Project HSSE governance requirements.
• Coordinate Project HSSE audit activities, prepare audit reports, document findings, and communicate observations to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain Project HSSE audit records, observation registers and corrective action registers, and monitor corrective and preventive actions until satisfactory closure.
• Monitor compliance with approved Project HSSE procedures, governance requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable Company standards.
• Escalate significant Project HSSE non-compliance, recurring findings, or governance concerns to the Manager together with recommended corrective actions.

4. Project Risk Assessment & HSSE Review

• Review Project Risk Assessments and associated risk management documentation to ensure alignment with Company requirements, Corporate HSSE standards, and recognised industry practices.
• Review project-specific HSSE controls and mitigation measures to ensure identified risks have been adequately addressed prior to project execution.
• Support implementation of approved Project HSSE governance requirements across Technical Services projects.

5. Project HSSE Knowledge Management & Organizational Learning

• Maintain the Technical Services Project HSSE Knowledge Repository, including Safety Alerts, Lessons Learnt, Best Practices, Project HSSE guidance documents, and reference materials.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of Project HSSE lessons learnt arising from audits, incidents, project reviews, management reviews, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and standardization of Project HSSE practices across Technical Services.
• Maintain Project HSSE reference materials to support organizational learning and capability development.

6. Project HSSE Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare Project HSSE performance reports, audit summaries, compliance reports, incident trend analyses, corrective action status reports, and other Project HSSE performance indicators.
• Monitor Project HSSE performance trends, recurring findings, compliance status, and
• improvement opportunities across Technical Services projects.
• Support management reviews by providing timely and accurate Project HSSE performance information.
• Maintain Project HSSE performance records and supporting management reports.

7.Stakeholder Coordination & Project HSSE Support

• Serve as the operational focal point for Project HSSE governance within Technical Services.
• Provide guidance to Project Teams on Project HSSE procedures, governance requirements, audit expectations, and Project HSSE documentation.
• Coordinate with Corporate HSSE, other stakeholders on Project HSSE governance, audit, and compliance matters.
• Support Project Teams in implementing Project HSSE governance requirements while promoting practical and consistent application of approved Project HSSE procedures.
• Coordinate Project HSSE incident reporting between Project Teams in Technical Services and Corporate HSSE to ensure timely reporting and compliance with Company requirements.

8. Governance Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support continual improvement of the Technical Services Project HSSE Management System by identifying opportunities to improve Project HSSE procedures, workflows, templates, audit practices, reporting tools, and governance documentation.
• Participate in Project HSSE improvement initiatives arising from audit findings, incident

investigations, lessons learnt, management reviews, and organizational feedback.

• Ensure Project HSSE records remain complete, accurate, and readily available to support audits, management reviews, and governance activities.
• Perform other Project HSSE responsibilities assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Professional certification in Occupational Safety & Health, Internal Auditor, ISO Management Systems, NEBOSH, or equivalent would be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project HSSE, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Project Management, Shipbuilding, Marine, Offshore, Construction, or related technical environments.
• Experience in Project HSSE governance, compliance monitoring, internal auditing, incident coordination, and Project HSSE assurance activities.
• Familiarity with Company HSSE Management Systems, Project HSSE governance, and engineering or project environments would be an added advantage.
