1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Meet output targets based on the set UPH
• Ensure work quality meets specified standards
• Provide feedback to the Supervisor, Leader, or Manager when encountering stuck lots
• Follow line procedures at all times while performing duties
• Maintain good attendance, discipline, and flexibility at the workplace
• Immediately inform the superior of any discrepancies found
• Comply with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 requirements
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• SPM level or above
• 1–2 years of working experience as an operator
• Preferably with experience in Die Bond and Wire Bond processes
• Able to work on rotational shifts

3.0 Authorities

• System access to validate drawings, material, and lot information
• Operate high-end and chemical rework tooling, with or without supervision
• Operate machines related to rework and reject confirmation, such as AOI, X-ray, and other relevant equipment
• In addition to PCBA, repair related materials as part of the business process (e.g., DSP BGA re-balling)
