Ferummas Precision Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is an established one-stop metal solutions provider based in the Perai Industrial Estate. We specialise in high-precision metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, tool & die design, and multi-axis CNC machining. As our business continues to grow and expand, we are actively increasing our production capabilities and looking for multiple experienced CNC Programmers to join our expanding engineering team.

Core Responsibilities

· Program Generation: Develop and optimise CNC toolpaths for 3-axis to 5-axis systems using SolidCAM or Mastercam.

· G-Code Engineering: Write, review, and manually edit G-code and M-code to ensure absolute precision.

· Process Planning: Interpret technical drawings and 3D CAD models to determine the best manufacturing sequence.

· Multi-Process Support: Program and support operations across milling, turning/lathes, grinding, and wire-cut EDM machines.

· Troubleshooting: Partner with machinists to conduct test runs, correct toolpath errors, and reduce cycle times.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: 3 to 4 years of direct working experience in CNC programming.

· Software Mastery: Proficient hands-on experience using CAM packages (SolidCAM or Mastercam).

· Technical Skills: Deep understanding of G-code, tooling selection, feeds/speeds calculation, and multi-axis machine setups (3 to 5-axis).

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a relevant technical discipline.

· Industry Context: Prior exposure to metal precision stamping, tool & die, or fabrication environments is preferred.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
