Full Time IT Associate Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,900 in Mydin Parit Buntar Perak - Maukerja

• Deal with internal parties or vendors on project requirement and information gathering.
• Deal with vendors on incidents/issues ; follow up with vendor on root cause analysis, hardware replacement, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Champion various IT network and IT security related projects Method of Procedure (MOP) preparation and configuration for network equipment during project integration / migration / hardware replacement. (Such as Routing, Switching , Firewall, etc)
• Securing the IT network system according to the company’s IT security policy
• Maintain Thin Client and POS counter
• To complete Preventive Maintenance to all IT equipment and sent the monthly report
• To make sure all IT Asset updated and upload in workchat in monthly basis
• To monitor and follow up all ticket
• To manage and support IT systems and IT infrastructure
• To assist in any other tasks / projects as and when assigned
• To make sure all deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on HQ instruction
• To monitor and ensure troubleshooting, systems backup, archiving, storage management and disaster recovery to ensure minimum downtime and disruption to the company’s operation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
