Job Title: Support Engineer – ERP Application Support (Contract) Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Ara Damansara) Job Type: Contract (12 Months, renewable subject to performance and project needs)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Support Engineer to join our application support team at our HQ in Ara Damansara. You will be responsible for providing critical functional and technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for enterprise systems driving our Property Development, Property Sales, Finance, e-Invoicing, and Operational business units.

In this role, you will ensure our core business applications run smoothly, automate processes, enable robust data analysis, and maintain high service quality. You will act as a key collaborator between internal business units, technical IT teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical and functional issues for complex enterprise applications including IFCA Net, IFCA Mall, RPA / UiPath automation, Talend, ABBYY FlexiCapture, I-Residential, and CSS systems.
• SLA & Incident Management: Manage incoming incidents and service requests, keeping resolution times strictly within agreed SLAs while monitoring system performance to maximize application availability.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed root cause investigations for recurring technical issues and implement sustainable, long-term operational solutions.
• Business Domain Support: Directly assist business users across Property Sales, Finance, Cash Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Rental/Residential Management to ensure seamless day-to-day corporate operations.
• Project Support & Automation: Participate in requirement gathering, cross-layer testing, code deployments, and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare) for system upgrades. Provide technical support for ongoing RPA automation rollouts.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain detailed technical logs of system changes. Ensure all application configurations fully comply with Group IT standards, audit trails, and corporate policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in IT application support, enterprise systems, or property management applications.
• System Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience supporting the IFCA ERP system environment is a strong advantage and will be highly prioritized.
• Tools: Proficiency using ITSM systems and lifecycle collaboration platforms like JIRA.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, rigorous documentation habits, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Certifications (Nice to Have): Professional certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or TOGAF are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
