Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di Agensi Pekerjaan MBG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

LOCATION: Simpang Renggam

Applicants must have experience in quantity take-offs for precast concrete components, particularly concrete and reinforcement steel (rebar).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction contracts and practices will be an advantage.
• Experience in precast, civil engineering, infrastructure, or building construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions.
• Review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), extension of time (EOT) claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Administer subcontractor claims and payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks throughout project execution.
• Prepare commercial reports and support management on contract-related matters.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
