Job Description – IT Officer (Fresh Graduate)

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and reports.
• Provide basic user training on IT systems
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
