Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Prepare, organize, and manage documents and reports.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist with administrative and office support duties.
• Update and maintain company databases and records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior clerical or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
