Job Summary
Salam Alliance is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executive to join our Careline Department.
This role is responsible for engaging with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM platforms, following up on enquiries, promoting healthcare services, and converting leads into appointments or sales.
The successful candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, comfortable working with performance targets, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert customer enquiries and leads into appointments, registrations, or sales.
- Re-engage previous and inactive customers.
- Promote healthcare services, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with clinics, operations, marketing, and other internal departments.
- Support customer engagement campaigns and departmental projects.
- Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.
- Assist in improving call scripts, FAQs, and customer service processes.
- Achieve individual and departmental performance targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, or any related field.
- Candidates with experience in customer service, sales, telesales, call centre, retail, banking, hospitality, or healthcare are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
- Able to work with KPIs, performance targets, and structured monitoring.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive, organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using digital systems and communication platforms.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with the following tools will be an added advantage:
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Office
- WhatsApp Business
- Zoho Social
- Zoho WorkDrive
- VoIP systems such as 3CX
- Canva
- CapCut or similar editing tools
Training will be provided where required.
