Job Responsibilities

• Support on-site event setup, decoration, and dismantling after events.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, wedding or birthday events.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting catering equipment, food, and event decoration items.
• Drive company vehicles to event locations when required.
• Assist in coordinating transportation and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all equipment and items are handled carefully and delivered on time.
• Support in maintaining inventory organization.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Event Management, or related field
• Previous experience in logistics or event coordination is an advantage
• Able to lift and carry catering equipment, food, and decoration items.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (D license minimum).
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
