As a core member of the public relations (PR) agency's client service team, this role is responsible for maintaining and developing key client relationships, leading teams in the execution of PR projects, and ensuring both client satisfaction and project success.

Client Management

1. Continuously monitor client satisfaction for large-scale projects, ensuring services meet industry-leading standards. Adjust service strategies based on client feedback to meet requirements.

2. Participate in new business pitches, applying strategic planning and client relationship management to expand the client base and drive business growth.

Professionalism

1. Responsible for planning and executing pitches, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring bid success rate.

2. Manage multiple projects issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

3. Resolve key project issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Management

1. Manage project costs and profitability to meet company objectives and maximize economic benefits.

2. Monitor contract payment terms closely, review receivables regularly, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection.

3. Mentor and motivate team members, provide career development opportunities, and build a cohesive, high-performing team.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
