We are looking for a Power Platform Support Specialist to provide Level 1 (L1) application support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications built on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom API connectors, troubleshooting production issues, implementing fixes, and delivering small enhancements while ensuring platform governance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions.
• Manage solution packaging, deployment, and releases following ALM best practices.
• Deliver low to medium complexity enhancements based on business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Power Platform governance, security, and environment management standards.
• Support environment administration, user access management, and solution promotion activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, API teams, and SAP integration teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Monitor application performance and proactively recommend service improvements.
• Ensure SLA compliance and minimize recurring incidents through preventive actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Microsoft Power Automate
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Custom API Connectors
• Experience in application support, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution packaging, and structured deployments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform Governance and Environment Administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and SAP integrations.
• Experience with .NET MVC, SQL Server (MSSQL), and Stored Procedures.
• Exposure to Full Stack Web Development.
• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, or PL-400 are an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
