Job Description:

• Operate and monitor boiler systems according to safety procedures
• Ensure boiler operation complies with DOSH regulations and company SOP
• Perform routine inspection, checking pressure, temperature, and water level
• Carry out basic maintenance and report any abnormal conditions or defects
• Maintain boiler logbook and daily operation records
• Assist during boiler inspection by DOSH or authorized inspector
• Ensure safe handling of fuel, chemicals, and boiler accessories
• Respond to boiler alarms, emergency situations, and shutdown procedure

Job Requirements:

• Possess valid Boilerman Grade 2 Certificate issued by DOSH
• Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial boiler (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Familiar with boiler safety devices, controls, and emergency procedures
• Basic knowledge of boiler maintenance and troubleshooting
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
