About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of our local branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets

3. Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, motivating them to perform at their best

4. Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement

5. Coordinate with the head office to ensure seamless integration of policies, processes, and procedures

6. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction

7. Represent the company at local events and engage with the community to build brand awareness

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales management or branch management role, preferably in the automotive industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

4. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Familiarity with local market trends and competitive landscape

8. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
