Tanggungjawab
· Maintain accurate financial records, such as creation of invoices, receipts, expense bills, credit & debit notes, etc in company’s financial system
· Preparation of financial reports and management accounts on a monthly basis
· Reconcile monthly bank statements and financial discrepancies, resolving any issues that arise
· Assist in coordinating the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation to auditors
· Prepares and submit SST forms and WHT forms in compliance with SST & WHT ruling and deadlines
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
· Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and coordinating interviews
· Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including deductions, allowances, etc
· Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support
· Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in both finance and HR functions
· Prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities related to finance and HR matters
Job Requirements
· Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/ Finance/Accountancy or related field
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
· Must be able to speak English and BM
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with financial software and tools
