About the role

This is a full-time Supervisor role at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd based in Tawau, Sabah. As a Supervisor, you will play a key strategic role in overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring the efficient delivery of quality products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of retail associates to ensure departmental targets and KPIs are met

2. Monitoring inventory levels and product availability, and liaising with the supply chain team to maintain appropriate stock levels

3. Providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team to deliver a seamless shopping experience

4. Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures and safety standards

5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management

6. Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback to team members

7. Escalating any issues or concerns to the department manager in a timely manner

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach

5. Proficient in using retail management software and inventory control systems

6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
