We are looking for a motivated and relationship driven Business Development Associate / Executive to support business growth across regional and local markets. This role combines business development, market research, client relationship management, and project coordination to help organizations identify suitable business solutions. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and develop market maps within assigned industries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
• Identify and evaluate suitable professionals based on project requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the engagement process.
• Conduct post-project follow-ups to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• No minimum educational qualification required.
