Job Scope

  • Handling of Accounts Payable duties eg. arranging and processing payments etc

  • Assisting and attending to Human Resource matters eg. payroll, contribution, records and filing etc

  • Attending to calls, letters and emails

  • Ensuring all company records are properly filed and organized

  • Assisting in banking related matters

  • Ensuring office supplies are arranged and replenished as when required

  • Providing assistance and general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Relevant Certificate/Diploma or equivalents

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Proficient in English

  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge

  • Pleasant personality and committed to work
