Job Scope
Handling of Accounts Payable duties eg. arranging and processing payments etc
Assisting and attending to Human Resource matters eg. payroll, contribution, records and filing etc
Attending to calls, letters and emails
Ensuring all company records are properly filed and organized
Assisting in banking related matters
Ensuring office supplies are arranged and replenished as when required
Providing assistance and general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
Relevant Certificate/Diploma or equivalents
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in English
MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge
Pleasant personality and committed to work
