Job Description: 

1. Prepare Full Set of Accounts of the Joint Venture Company.

2. To plan, review, implement, maintain financial accounting costing and billing systems, including development of effective financial policies and procedures

3. To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, forecasts and tax planning.

4. To ensure E invoice process in path.

5. Cash flow management and projections.

6. To optimise the Company’s financial structure to ensure effective cost management and responsible for preparing aggressive cost management plan in competitive environment.

7. Ensure the Company complies with all legal requirement and statutory compliance of all business transaction through liaison with management and legal advisors.

8. Liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent.

9. Any others assign tacks.

 Job Requirement: 

1. Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting or finance related role.

3. Familiar with E Invoice implementation.

4. Experience in preparing full set of accounts.

5. Experience in construction industry will be an advantage.

6. Able to execute the tasks with minimum supervision.

7. Confident and able to communicate well with different categories of staff, from rank and file to management.

8. Well versed in Microsoft Office.

9. Able to work at Kuching, Sarawak.
