- Back‑end: proficient in Node.js; familiar with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis / Kafka; capable of SQL optimization and cache strategy design; prior experience with multi‑tenant SaaS architecture design and delivery is a strong plus; hands‑on experience with GCP core services; familiar with Docker / Kubernetes / Helm; able to design CI/CD pipelines and production deployment strategies.
- AI & Toolchain: practical experience using AI coding assistants / LLM‑augmented development workflows; daily use of AI‑enhanced IDEs to boost personal and team productivity.
- Ownership: able to independently own the full delivery lifecycle – from requirement analysis through to production release.
- Communication: strong communication and articulation skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; handle technical consultations from clients, product managers, or business stakeholders; manage expectations across multiple parties.
- Cross‑functional coordination: effective bridge between business and engineering; coordinate multiple parallel technical streams (enhancements, bugs, projects); strong follow‑up and issue tracking discipline with strong documentation.
