About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance General Worker to join our team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

2. Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues or potential problems

3. Carry out basic repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities

4. Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities as needed

5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment

6. Respond promptly to requests and collaborate with the team to address any issues that arise

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role, preferably within the Trades & Services or Maintenance & Handyperson Services industry

2. Strong practical skills and a good understanding of basic maintenance and repair techniques

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work

6. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
