About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kota Marudu, Sabah. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and accurate completion of all repair and maintenance tasks

2. Inspect completed work to verify quality and adherence to industry standards

3. Manage and optimise workshop workflow and productivity

4. Provide technical guidance and support to the team

5. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies

6. Promote a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures

7. Assist in the training and development of junior technicians and mechanics

8. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any client concerns or issues

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop or dealership

2. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair and maintenance

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

6. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards

7. A team player with a keen eye for detail and quality
