Company Description Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing company specializing in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), including food and personal care products. The company focuses on building strong brands and delivering quality products that meet everyday consumer needs.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the growth and performance of our non-food brand portfolio. You will be responsible for managing relationships with brand principals, developing and executing marketing strategies, driving product launches, and overseeing integrated campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales performance, optimize inventory and marketing investments, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, analytical, and passionate about building strong brands while delivering sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant marketing experiences in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare industry with proven track record of successful campaign execution.
• Experience in principal / agency brand management will be required.
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Creative & strong in problem solving skills.
• Digital savvy and proficient in digital marketing tools, analytic platforms, MS office applications, user of Power BI preferred.
• Travelling is required (for both local and overseas). 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Food Science, Cosmeceutical / Pharmaceuticor related field is preferred.
