Role Purpose

Own project delivery end-to-end by planning and tightly controlling site execution (engineers and workers), ensuring materials, machines, and manpower are always ready, work is done right-first-time, and the site achieves zero major complaints.

Key Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)

·       Planning & control: master schedule + 2-week lookahead, daily work plan, sequencing, constraints, recovery actions.

·       Site leadership: daily briefing; assign who-does-what; set targets; conduct multiple site rounds daily.

·       Team management: direct engineers/supervisors/foremen; enforce discipline, clear roles, and accountability; coach young teams for smoother operations.

·       Resources readiness: forecast and coordinate materials, Purchase Request approval, material usage control; plan machines/equipment mobilization and maintenance.

·       Quality & complaints prevention: inspections, checklists; prevent non-conforming work; close NCR/complaints with evidence.

·       Coordination & reporting: communicate with client/main contractor/consultant, submit daily reports, manpower deployment, progress and issue logs.

KPIs / Success Measures

·       0 major complaints; minor issues closed within timeline.

·       Weekly plan achievement; corrective action within 48 hours for slippage.

·       Low rework/NCR rate; fast closure with evidence (photos/checklists).

·       No stoppage due to material/machine/manpower planning failure.

·       100% daily reporting on working days; accurate attendance/manpower allocation; issue log closed on time.

Requirements

·       5+ years (adjustable) project execution experience; concrete flooring experience preferred.

·       Strong site leadership with firm, detail-driven management style.

·       Competent in drawings/specs, method statements, QA checklists, and progress reporting.
