Job Overview
Full responsibility for managing FOL operations. To supervise, coach, and motivate a team of operators in meeting the company's goals with respect to quality, cycle time, and cost.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a group of teams to continuously improve productivity from Mold until Ball Mount.
- Provide training and guidance to Operation Supervisors and Leaders to achieve company revenue through better planning skills.
- Drive PE/ME on quality and production flexibility improvement.
- Work on bottleneck capacity improvement.
- Manage headcount adjustment and arrangement for all shifts.
- Reduce NVD processes to increase productivity and improve the manning ratio.
- Monitor and improve headcount flexibility.
- Liaise with supporting groups (ME, PE & QA) to improve quality indicators (QDN/TPCM), including defect PPM, human error cases, and customer incidents (CCAR/ICAR).
- Monitor and reduce area cycle time.
- Coordinate area excursion CAPA activities for both internal and external issues.
- Be responsible for staff development and discipline monitoring.
- Coordinate cost-saving projects (PKG Saw, Scanning, and FVI).
- Enhance FW Manufacturing compliance.
- Drive Line 5S implementation and sustainability.
- Focus on QDN trend improvement.
- Work towards maximizing machine utilization.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
- Plan and organize production schedules.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Determine quality control standards.
- Oversee production processes.
- Re-negotiate production timescales or schedules as necessary.
- Select, order, and purchase materials.
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Liaise with buyers, marketing, and sales teams.
- Supervise the work of junior staff.
- Organize relevant training sessions.
Qualification & Experience :
Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years related working experience.
