We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, monthly closings, and liaising with external stakeholders. The role requires a highly motivated professional with strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.

• Handle monthly and year-end closing processes efficiently and independently.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders as required.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial insights and assist management in decision-making.

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of internal controls and accounting systems.

• Utilize Autocount accounting software effectively for daily operations and reporting.

• Lead and support junior finance staff, offering guidance and supervision where needed.

• Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• Continuously seek improvements in accounting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.

• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
