About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin to join our growing team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Sandakan District, Sabah. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing data entry and word processing tasks with a high level of accuracy

2. Maintaining and updating various administrative records and databases

3. Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties

4. Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events

5. Handling inquiries and correspondence from both internal and external stakeholders

6. Supporting the broader team with any additional administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Excellent data entry and word processing skills with a strong attention to detail

2. Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office

3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders

5. A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges

6. Relevant administrative or clerical experience is preferred, but not essential
